Project Overview
The objective was to design a brochure for a property listing in the iconic and dynamic Boynton Yards — a state-of-the-art, high-efficiency R&D office building located just outside Cambridge’s Kendall Square.
Design Strategy
Targeted at attracting life science tenants, the brochure needed to balance a clean, modern aesthetic with a visual language that felt distinct from the typical sterile lab environment. To achieve this, I employed a minimalist approach with a refined gradient color palette ranging from teal to blue, evoking both innovation and calm.
Although Boynton Yards already had an established brand, I drew inspiration from its existing identity to develop an offset logo variation, giving the piece a contemporary and slightly edgy feel. To add visual continuity and interest, I incorporated a stylized leaf motif throughout the layout and paired key statistics with clean, outlined icons to enhance readability and impact.
Outcome
The final brochure was well received and praised for its design clarity and adaptability. It led to requests for the same layout style to be applied across additional property listings.
