Project Overview
Hanover Crossing is a vibrant, retail-focused mixed-use shopping center located at 1775 Washington Street, Hanover. Serving the Hanover community since 1971, it is strategically positioned along the South Shore’s primary retail corridor with convenient access from Routes 3 and 53.
The availability map was a key component—a detailed and comprehensive site plan that required careful color-coding and the use of patterns and shading to clearly differentiate leasing statuses (Leased, At Lease, Available, TBD).
Design Strategy
Building on the existing brand identity, I incorporated the signature arch shape from the iconography, using curved masked images and shapes throughout the design. The color palette of teal and muted tones helped establish a cohesive and inviting atmosphere. To capture the full scope of the shopping center, I combined retail storefront photography with lifestyle imagery, elevating the overall experience and appeal.
Outcome
The final design effectively brought the shopping center to life, showcasing the abundant opportunities within this affluent and vibrant South Shore community.
